
PositioNZ is LINZ's Global Positioning System Active Control Network. Use this page download GPS 30 second RINEX files from the active control stations which you can process with your GPS data.
LINZ also offers PositioNZ-RT – real-time data streams, and PositioNZ-PP, an online RINEX file post processing service.

Precise satellite orbits can be obtained from International GPS Service (IGS).
How to use the mapThe map shows those stations currently operating and from which data can be obtained. Click on a station to select. A selected station will change colour. Velocity Model
This shows the velocities of stations in the active control network. Straddling the boundary between the Australian and Pacific tectonic plates, New Zealand is continuously deforming. The velocities of marks shown are defined by the NZGD2000 datum. They are derived from surveys between 1990 and 1998. |
